Synodia collects no data whatsoever. Everything you enter in the app stays exclusively on your device, never transmitted to anyone — not to Odyss, not to a third party, not to any analytics service.
Synodia lets you record, if you choose to: first names, dates, locations, personal notes, photos, tags, and written reflections. All of this information is optional and remains under your exclusive control.
Exclusively on your device, in the app's private storage space (Apple's Core Data technology). Synodia has no server, makes no network connection, and includes no third-party analytics or advertising tracking tool.
If you've enabled iCloud backup on your iPhone, or if you back up your device via a computer, Synodia's data may be included in that backup — just like any other app. This isn't an action taken by Synodia itself, but standard iOS behavior.
Synodia lets you export your data (JSON or PDF) and re-import it. These files are generated and managed solely by you — Synodia no longer has access to them once they leave the app, and doesn't transmit them to anyone in the process.
If you enable Face ID or Touch ID lock, this verification is handled entirely by iOS itself, locally on your device. Synodia never receives or stores any biometric data.
Since Synodia collects or transmits no data, there is nothing for Odyss to access, modify or delete on your behalf — you have full, direct control from within the app itself (editing, deletion, export). For any question, you can write to us at Contact
